We ask that all new disciple group leaders:

1. Have participated in a King's Church small group for at least one trimester. 
2. Have completed Growth Track and are currently a covenant member.
3. Complete our New Leader Video Course, read our Small Group Leader Guide and attend an in-person new leader training (to be scheduled with your small group coach after being assigned to a coach).
